Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's
how we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns for Refund
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
to your original payment method.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
To start a return, email hello@chiqana.com with your order number
and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within
24 hours. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are
processed within 5–7 business days.
30-Day Size Exchanges
Wrong size? We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Same conditions as returns (unworn, unwashed, original packaging).
Email hello@chiqana.com with your order number and the size you'd
like. We'll process the exchange within 7–10 business days once we
receive your return. If your size is out of stock, you can choose
between a full refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll fix it
fast. Email hello@chiqana.com within 7 days of delivery with your
order number and photos. We'll send a replacement at our cost —
including all shipping. If the same piece isn't available, you'll
get a full refund.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned
or exchanged. We always make this clear before checkout.
Shipping on Returns and Exchanges
- Returns for refund: customer covers return shipping
- Size exchanges: customer covers return shipping; we cover outbound
shipping on the replacement
- Damaged or incorrect items: we cover all shipping both ways
